I make jewelry, I’ve made jewelry for as long as I can remember. In elementary school I would walk around with embroidery floss pinned to my jeans, always half way thru my latest friendship bracelet. Then there was 8th grade art class, where Mr. Franz introduced me to metal. People have asked me since then where I got my jewelry… I would always proudly announce that I made it.
Over the years, my simple hobby became more complex and encompassing. Countless hours have been spent with beads and metal, glass and stone, working my fingertips to blisters with Chainmaille. Through nearly 3 decades I have developed a variety of techniques and a signature style. Then I started selling jewelry to my friends… which led to art shows… which led to social media and now… DeeBaubles.com
Please bear with me as I fumble my way thru this process… this site, as all of art and most of life, is a work in progress.
Here’s to life… and progress 🙂
